Well, I cant believe my year is almost over!!!!!!!!! It has defiantly been the most amazing and beneficial years of my life. I left wanting to give and I am coming back having received…….God is good like that!
I will be home Wed. June 18th, cant wait to see you all!!! LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick update...I am in DC have the time of my life! Things are hard but a good hard. The word I would use to describe me right now is fulfilled. I miss you all. I will see you at Christmas!

Well Im here in Rhode Island! It is the most beautiful place!We live in the house where "Meet Joe Black" was filmed! I miss everyone but I love it out here!
So are you wondering what I am actually doing out here??? Well Im going to tell you even if you are not:)
I have classes every day on stuff like Phyc.(I have to take a personal phyc.test to make sure I am mentally stable and will be able to handle the year, I hope they dont find out that i am crazy :)Also,understanding different types of people, culture,religions and also my religion....and we are learning so much about ourself.
I have spent a lot of time alone and A LOT of time praying, so i have kinda come to learn a lot about myself in this short amount of time....so i have no idea how much i will learn by the end of the seven weeks!
I live with 36 girls(that is just my section, there are MANY more lids throughout the country and world in the same program) and we spend all day every day together!Of coarse I am the yougest...Anyway, they are all wonderful and we have all become EXTREMELY close, I feel like i have known them for much more then a week and a half.
Also we are going to WORLD YOUTH DAY in Toronto! There are going to be over 2 million people there..and I get to see my family!
GOOD NEWS! Im coming home on Aug. 26 until Sept. 7 for a wedding and to pack some more stuff for where I will be sent for the year...so i will see everyone then.
I still dont know where my destination for the year is but I trust that I will be sent to a place I will do well in.....they are getting to know me so well that I am confident they know where I will do my best in.
I miss all of you and you are all in my prayers daily!
I hope everyone is behaving themselves! :)

| Theres No Going Back |

There is a time in your life when everything is pivotal. A time when all the decisions you make now, truly effect the rest of your life. And no matter how much you want to shut out the reality of those decisions, they are still approaching, more rapidly then ever before. It seems the closer reality is, the more you try to deny that it is even there.
There is no way to control the the events that will take place in the next few years. The people that I will loose, the promises broken, the relationships lost and the moments that will be gone forever. Thoses instances when you stop and look around at those wonderful people that surround you and pray to God that things will be forever be suspended in that moment....will be gone forever.
The truth is, no matter how hard we try, the people that you love and care about more than anything are going to be ripped out of your life due to one simple fact......TIME.
The funny thing is, there is no one to blame. It is truly terrifying to think that something that is effecting our life so greatly, we have no control over. We cant stop it, go back or forget about it. That is what we all want to do is blame someone or something. To take it all out on someone, but in reality the only one thing we can blame is time.

Well my friends, my time with you all is coming to a close......so lets make a plan.
Today I am getting some sun time in at my house, anyone is welcome to come over!
Thursday I am spending some time with my main men (Mike and Sno.)
THis weekend sometime I am having one last SP with my girls....
On Sun I am having whoever over (because it is the night before I leave) PLEASE stop by and say, see you later (not good bye)
There is a lot of time to fit things in there so lets take some action!

My grad party is this Saturday...the 22.
It starts at 3:00 but its mostly a night party....My advice to you, come around 6. The DJ will be warmed up and the parents sufficiently "relaxed"...as my parents are frequently, if you know what I mean.
It will be a good time and it is sort of like my going away party as well, because Im leaving on JULY 1ST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know I know, so it is all the more reason to come!
Here is a bit of good news though...I am able to bring a cell phone with me, for safety reasons, so feel free to call when I leave, and any time before of course...982-0226.
I love you all and hope to see you on Sat.
Ohh yea, my mom got a port-a-potty..I know, excellent :)

PrOm, I had an amazing time.
Prom is about spending a memorable time with the people who have ment the most to you throughout the past four years of your life.
Thats what I did.
Thank you to all of you that have impacted my life. You made my prom a night that wont soon be forgotten!
